How Does It Work?

Bleaufire's bots handle all communication required for data collection and approvals.

1. Tenant Requests Service

The tenant submits a maintenance request, which includes a photo and description of the issue.

2. PM Reviews and Approves

The property manager receives notification of the tenant’s request and can easily take action.

3. PM Selects the best vendor

The property manager is notified for each incoming bid and awards the most appropriate vendor the job.

... And Thats It. You Are Done!

The vendor completes service and all parties involved will receive confirmation once the job is complete.

How do I reset my password?

Click the "reset password" link on your login page. A new password will be emailed to you.

How does my tenant submit a service request?

Simply text ‘hello’ to the Bleaufire Bot. The chatbot will prompt your tenant to provide a service category, description and a picture.

Do I see the tenant’s service request before it is sent to the vendors for bidding?

Yes! You maintain full control of the request process from your dashboard. Any incoming service request has to be reviewed and approved before it is sent out for bids. You have the option to decline a request and your tenant will be notified.

What if my tenant makes a mistake when submitting a service request?

You have the ability to edit the details of any service request before it is approved. Feel free to update, clarify or modify any part that you see fit.

What if my tenant doesn’t have the internet?

Not a problem! You are still able to take advantage of Bleaufire's network of service providers. You are able to submit a request on behalf of your tenant through your dashboard.

How long will it take for vendors to start bidding?

We are making every effort to get the bids to you as quickly as possible. However, it may take up to 6 hours for you to start receiving bids.

My properties require that the vendor has proof of insurance for the day of the job. How do I get that?

We give you a head start on the compliance process. Vendors are required to provide proof of insurance to be a part of the Bleaufire network. We send you the vendor’s insurance and contact information so it’s easy to get the process started.

What geographical areas do you support?

We are currently serving Miami-Dade County and looking to expand. Let us know if you need Bleaufire in your area!

What services do you offer?

Currently, our network consists of Handymen, Plumbers, HVAC Technicians, Electricians and Appliance Repair Technicians. We are always looking to improve your experience, so if you would like to suggest additional services, please send us an email!

How do I know the vendors that I hire are qualified?

All providers in the Bleaufire network are required to have the following:

  • State License in their area of expertise (where applicable)
  • State Certificate of Status
  • $1,000,000 liability coverage
  • Pass a background check administered by Checkr (Background check details)

You will be able to view all these documents in your dashboard before hiring the vendor. Also, you will see actual reviews provided by other Property Managers.

I already have vendors that I work with. Will I be able to use them?

Absolutely! We love having respected businesses in our network. Make sure to notify us, and we will work to bring them onboard.

How do I pay the vendors?

We didn’t want to disrupt your accounting system by binding you to our requirements. Bleaufire doesn’t get involved with the payment process so continue to pay the vendors in whatever fashion you see fit. All contact details are provided in your dashboard.

How do I get help navigating my dashboard?

We have live chat built into our platform so you can quickly ask our support team for help.
